1. Always smile
You smile when you are happy. Did you know? It’s a two-way action. When you smile, your brain releases dopamine, a chemical messenger which makes you happier. It does not mean that you have to depict a fake smile on your face all the time. But when you are dull and not feeling well, just crack a smile. It will do wonders for you. Smile at yourself and others every day.

13. Face your problems with confidence
